Ernie & Diane Castillo and Jim & Sean Hannon hosted an authentic Crawfish Boil for the club. Around 30 members and their guests attended the party, enjoying lots and lots of crawfish boiled with real Louisiana spices, plus sausage, corn, and potatoes. Generous batches of boiled shrimp were also there for the eatin’. Ernie and Yolanda Borroel brought their tailgate equipment, and grilled up plenty of wings and sausage. Attendees brought their own beverages to wash it all down.
Wonderful people, plenty of delicious food, and a great venue made this a perfect spring event. Even the weather cooperated - we could not have had a better day.
